HSE activities at our Hiratsuka plant have been certified as compliant with ISO-14001, the international standard on environmental management, by JQA (Japan Quality Assurance Organization) since December 2000. We at Nikki-Universal Co., Ltd., along with UOP, have established and utilized an HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental Protection) Management System in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees and the general public, and to protect environment. As we specialize in such environmentally-friendly products, it is essential for us to conduct our business with a systematic approach to protect environment and to guarantee the health and safety of our employees and community surrounding us. Our main products are petroleum refining catalysts for producing clean fuels and environmental catalysts for the purification of waste gases.
